pWe are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised bBiospecimen Specialist /b to support biospecimen acquisition, management, and biorepository operations for one of our clients. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManage biological sample processing, registration, verification, shipment, return handling, retrievals, and inventory activities within a validated environment. /liliTake ownership of end-to-end biospecimen acquisition and biorepository projects to fulfil specimen requests efficiently and on time. /liliMaintain accurate sample records and documentation to ensure full biospecimen traceability and compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. /liliCollaborate with permitting agencies and internal stakeholders to support import/export activities and permit compliance. /liliEnsure the quality, accuracy, and completeness of sample data and supporting documentation. /liliMaintain information in validated Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and other regulated systems. /liliCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish timelines and achieve project objectives. /liliSupport continuous adherence to quality standards, GxP principles, and industry best practices. /li /ulh3Must-Have Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's/Master's degree in Life Sciences with initial experience in sample management, biobanking, or a related area. /liliHands-on experience handling biological specimens and willingness to work with potentially infectious biological materials. /liliExperience working with LIMS or other validated systems. /liliStrong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace. /liliStrong understanding of biospecimen traceability, data integrity, and regulated working practices, with the ability to follow detailed procedures while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
