Operations Manager - Industrial Scaffolding Division - Germany in Frankfurt am Main

To lead and be accountable for the safe and successful performance and profitable growth ofmultiple contracts within the Industrial Scaffolding Division. The Operations Manager needs to be anintegral and fully contributing member of the management team.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to and maintain compliance with all Health and Safety procedures within your work.

• Ensuring you are responsible for yourself and/or team members who report into you.

• Support the CBU Project Manager's and ISD three-year plan.

• Clearly cascade business objectives with associated key performance indicators across the contracts

• Ensure all contracts are appropriately organised as defined within the BMS,.

• Guarantee all commercial requirements of contracts are successfully completed.

• Certify the efficient, accurate and timely reporting of CBU and contract performance in accordancewith ISD requirements.

• Provide positive leadership across the CBU and ISD, promoting Actavo’s core values,

• Communicate internally on a regular basis with the CBU PM, regarding any appropriate issues.

• Ensure that any formal notification, updates or correspondence that could potentially result in anydetrimental consequence to any part of the business and or company reputation, from any client orofficial body, are immediately communicated to the CBU PM.

• Make sure that all employees within the CBU are performance managed and developed inaccordance with ISD procedures to ensure that individuals are SQEP for the roles they areundertaking.

• Fully contribute towards the overall safe and successful business performance and growth of theISD, ensuring full compliance with all company and ISD policies, and regulatory requirements asappropriate.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years higher managementexperience within the scaffolding sector.

• Project management by experience and/orqualification.

• Previous successful P&L accountability andperformance within a corporate divisionalstructure.

• Significant business development, operational,commercial and financial experience.

• Strong experience and awareness of the industrialservices market and needs of stakeholders
