Actindo CoreAI brings commerce, order management and AI together on one platform. Enterprise brands and retailers use it to manage orders, inventory and fulfillment across stores, warehouses and digital channels. Our MACH architecture, open APIs and MCP server provide the foundation for the next step: making Actindo an AI-native commerce platform. We have started that journey. We are looking for a CTPO to lead it across product, technology and operations. The role You will lead product, engineering, operations and infrastructure, reporting directly to the CEO and joining Actindo’s leadership team. Your mandate is to develop our platform into an AI-native product while ensuring that the commerce processes our customers depend on remain reliable at enterprise scale. You will set priorities across the roadmap, architecture, delivery and production operations, and build the teams and practices to execute them. What you will do Own the product vision, roadmap and technology strategy for Actindo CoreAI, with a focus on enterprise retail, unified commerce and distributed order management. Lead product management, engineering, operations and infrastructure, with clear accountability for priorities, delivery, team development and budgets. Bring AI agents into production for use cases such as order orchestration, inventory availability, fulfillment routing, returns and exception handling. Advance our MACH platform and its integrations across ERP, shop, marketplace and POS systems. Own the reliability of our production platform, including cloud infrastructure, observability, incident response, performance, security and operational resilience. Make effective use of AI a standard part of how the organization builds software, from development and testing to the evaluation and monitoring of AI features. Work directly with customers and prospects to understand their needs, make product decisions and represent Actindo in strategic sales conversations. What you bring Substantial leadership experience in B2B software, with responsibility for product, engineering or both, and the ability to lead across these disciplines. Experience with commerce, order management, supply chain, ERP or another complex, transaction-heavy domain. A record of delivering and operating software at enterprise scale, with sound judgment about reliability, security and technical trade-offs. Experience bringing AI capabilities into production and a clear view of how to make them useful and dependable. Experience developing leaders and teams through growth and change. Confidence working with enterprise customers, from technical teams to C-level stakeholders, and fluency in German and English. You do not need to have held the title of CTPO before.
