Procurement Transformation Manager

pExclusive Mandate On behalf of our client, an internationally active, medium-sized pharmaceutical company in the region of Schaffhausen, we are seeking an experienced Procurement Excellence Transformation Manager. /p pThis role is focused on advancing procurement excellence across the Group, with a strong emphasis on processes, governance, systems and performance. /p h2Tasks /h2 ul liShape and implement the procurement excellence and transformation agenda /li liStandardise and improve procurement processes, governance and ways of working /li liDrive digitalisation initiatives to further develop procurement systems and tools /li liEnhance procurement analytics, reporting, KPIs and spend transparency /li liSupport the development of best practices across sourcing, supplier management and procurement operations /li liLead cross-functional improvement projects in close collaboration with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain and IT /li liDrive organisational change and the adoption of new processes and tools across international sites /li liIdentify opportunities to increase efficiency, transparency and value contribution within procurement /li /ul h2Requirements /h2 ul liDegree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Industrial Engineering or a related field /li liProven experience in procurement transformation, process optimisation and strategic procurement within an international industrial environment /li liStrong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes and governance /li liExperience with procurement systems, digitalisation and data-driven performance management /li liStrong project and change management capabilities /li liStructured, analytical and solution-oriented approach with a strong execution focus /li liFluent in English, German is an advantage /li /ul h2Benefits /h2 ul liBroad scope to drive meaningful change across the Group /li liHigh level of autonomy and ownership /li liInternational, cross-functional collaboration /li liDynamic and collaborative working environment /li liAttractive salary package /li /ul pstrongReady to help shape the next stage of procurement transformation?
