Senior Sustainability Manager

pExclusive Mandate On behalf of our client, an internationally active, medium-sized pharmaceutical company in the region of Schaffhausen, we are seeking a Senior Sustainability Manager. /p pIn this key role, you will drive the Group’s sustainability agenda and translate strategic objectives into measurable initiatives across the organisation. /p h2Tasks /h2 ul liDevelop and drive the group-wide sustainability strategy and roadmap /li liLead sustainability reporting and ESG data management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements /li liDefine, monitor and further develop sustainability targets and KPIs /li liDrive initiatives related to carbon reduction, energy efficiency, circularity and responsible sourcing /li liWork closely with Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, RD and other key functions /li liAdvise senior management on sustainability-related developments, risks and opportunities /li liCoordinate sustainability initiatives across international sites and stakeholders /li /ul h2Requirements /h2 ul liUniversity degree in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Business Administration or a related field /li liProven experience in sustainability / ESG, ideally within an international industrial environment /li liStrong knowledge of sustainability reporting, GHG accounting and relevant regulatory frameworks /li liExperience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies and initiatives /li liStrong analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills /li liStrategic mindset with a strong focus on implementation and measurable results /li liFluent in English, German is an advantage /li /ul h2Benefits /h2 ul liA key role with group-wide responsibility /li liOpportunity to actively shape and further develop the sustainability agenda /li liDirect exposure to senior management and key stakeholders /li liInternational and collaborative working environment /li liAttractive salary package /li /ul pstrongReady to drive sustainability at group level?
