Staff / Principal Product Manager – AI, Data & Analytics (Dental Insurance/Dental Healthcare)

We are seeking a Staff/Principal Product Manager to own the strategy and roadmap for AI, Data & Analytics products, evolving reporting and dashboards into predictive intelligence and Agentic AI solutions that improve financial and operational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for Data, Analytics, BI, AI/ML, Predictive Analytics, and Agentic AI products.
- Build insights and analytics around RCM, A/R, DSO, billing, payments, collections, and cash flow.
- Drive AI-powered workflows including next-best actions, automation, anomaly detection, prioritization, and Human-in-the-Loop controls.
- Partner with Engineering on data models, SQL, schemas, APIs, pipelines, and PMS integrations.
- Define AI reliability, evaluation, trust, and automation standards.
- Lead customer discovery and translate business needs into product strategy.
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to drive adoption and monetization.
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Staff/Principal-level experience owning Data, Analytics, BI, Reporting, or AI products.
- Proven experience launching AI/ML, Generative AI, LLM, or predictive analytics products.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, data modeling, schemas, and APIs.
- Experience building data products, dashboards, and analytics that support business decisions.
- Strong product strategy, execution, customer discovery, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Preferred Domain Experience
- Experience in Dental Insurance, Dental Claims, Dental/Healthcare RCM, Payments, Billing, A/R, Collections, or Financial Analytics is highly preferred.
- Nice to Have: Agentic AI/AI Agents, Human-in-the-Loop design, modern data/BI platforms, PMS integrations, and experience monetizing Data/AI products.
