Join our team and work on complex restructurings, collective bargaining and the full spectrum of employment law advisory. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: Early to mid-level professional experience (approx. 2–5 years); Strong interest in employment law; Proactive, team-minded, entrepreneurial; Structured, hands-on approach to legal work in a collaborative team environment; Act Legal advises national and international companies, private equity investors and family offices. We cover the full spectrum of employment law – from day-to-day advisory work and complex negotiations with employee representatives through to sophisticated restructuring and transaction matters. Our core areas of practice include the employment law aspects of restructurings and the negotiation of company-level collective agreements, the close intersection of employment law and compliance, and the development and implementation of innovative occupational pension models. Our work is closely integrated into clients' business decision-making processes and focused on delivering practical solutions.
