Significant experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress or in a similar position Excellent presentation and very good interpersonal skills Leadership, organisation and team spirit Service orientation and customer satisfaction Ability to manage priorities and stressful situations Dynamism, rigour and professionalism Proficiency in English is a plus
