Job Description
As a Nursing Assistant, you will directly contribute to the well-being and daily care of patients. Your duties will include:
- Assisting patients with daily living activities such as washing, dressing, getting up, and going to bed
- Ensuring the physical and psychological well-being of patients by providing emotional support and promoting their autonomy
- Assisting nursing staff with technical care tasks such as taking vital signs, dressing wounds, and repositioning patients
- Collaborating with medical team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care
Your Profile and Skills
- Ability to work with empathy and respect towards patients and their families
- Organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
- Versatility, sense of responsibility, rigour, and autonomy
- Knowledge of hygiene and safety principles in patient care
- Flexibility and adaptability to variable working hours, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Experience Level
- Minimum 2 years
Education Level
- Nursing assistant diploma or equivalent
