Swiss Sales Representative (M/F) Home Automation- FR/EN - 100 %
Reporting to the sales manager, your role is to lead and increase the brand's presence throughout Switzerland. Your main responsibilities:
Business expansion: Identify new growth opportunities and actively prospect strategic accounts (engineering firms, architectural firms, etc.)
Promotion and networking: Plan regular trips across Switzerland to represent the company and its expertise. Strong network in Switzerland within engineering and architectural firms, etc.
Operational follow-up: Coordinate logistics and order processing in close collaboration with the group's internal departments.
Performance management: Ensure rigorous reporting via CRM/ERP tools and monitor the achievement of defined sales targets.
Field presence: Maintain high mobility across all cantons, adapting your visits to local and seasonal specificities.
Your profile:
Education: Degree in electrical engineering, home automation or building engineering, or commercial training
Proven sales experience for a lighting design company
At least 3 years in B2B sales
French / English mandatory, German is a plus.
Used to regular travel between France and Switzerland.
Hybrid position Fixed salary + variable depending on profile. Company car. Full-time position at 100%. Frequent travel France/Switzerland. Start: immediate or to be agreed
