In 2019, Acushnet Company partnered with KJUS, joining our brand with other fantastic labels like Titleist, FootJoy, Scotty Cameron, and Vokey. /p pThe Customer Service Inside Sales Representative will report to the Director Sourcing Administrative Director LKI Offices. /p h3Key Responsabilities: /h3 ul liSupport our B2B customers, Export Manager, Sales Representative, Distributors through inside sales support in Mainland Europe with a focus on premium service and long-term relationships /li liCheck, record, process, and monitor customer orders (electronic, telephone, and written) /li liCoordinate logo business orders in Mainland Europe /li liProcess returns, credit notes, and incorrect deliveries with accuracy and efficiency /li liCooperate with logistics partners, monitor and ensure timely delivery /li liProvide customer sales advice, including order and delivery statistics, availability, and product information. /li liProvide flexible support across the Customer Service team based on workload and business priorities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations /li liSupport B2C-customers /li /ul h3Requirements : /h3 ul liCommercial or retail-oriented basic education /li li2 - 3 years of experience in a Sales Office in a similar environment /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as high customer- and service-orientation /li liVery well-organized person with an accurate working method and the ability to stay calm and keep the overview and friendliness even in hectic times /li liFluent in German and English, minimum intermediate level in French /li liGood IT user skills (MS Office, Outlook), knowledge of Netsuite is an advantage /li liSporty and passionate person who likes to take responsibility and lives the team spirit /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
