Head of CRM
Responsibilities:
- Strategic planning and overseeing of CRM campaigns via email, web push, Telegram, and WhatsApp across dedicated countries in the European region.
- Creating and implementing personalized and automated customer engagement strategies with continuous optimization along the customer journey.
- Leading and expanding the CRM department through data-driven decisions to identify new channels and target audiences.
- Identifying new trends and target groups and integrating them into existing customer lifecycle strategies.
- Analyzing, monitoring, and reporting relevant KPIs, as well as planning and managing budgets.
- Leading, mentoring and developing a sizeable in-house CRM team.
- Stakeholder management and collaboration with other internal teams (Brand, Content, Category).
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in B2C CRM with a focus on retention & loyalty.
- In-depth knowledge of email marketing, particularly in optimizing newsletter strategies and marketing automation.
- Strong technical understanding of complex B2C IT architectures and databases, along with a high affinity for working with data to identify new target audiences.
- Extensive experience in campaign management and proficiency with CRM Tech stack.
- Excellent analytical skills and a structured way of working.
- Highly independent with good communications skills and understanding of inter-cultural differences and local marketing strategies.
- Very good at building relationships with stakeholders on an international scale.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
