Задачи
Manage Meta campaigns for clients independently, from setup through scaling Control monthly budgets in the five- to six-figure range, focusing on lead quality and cost per lead Manage client accounts and take responsibility for growth and results Collaborate with the in-house creative team and write clear briefs for ads designed to convert Identify why ads work and translate those insights into new creative ideas Monitor campaign performance and optimize CPL, conversion rate, CTR, and lead quality Test new approaches, run A/B tests, and draw data-driven conclusions Lead client calls and reporting, explain metrics clearly, and develop growth opportunities with clients Contribute ideas to internal processes, campaigns, and pitches
Требования
1–2 Years of experience in paid social marketing, ideally at an agency Experience independently managing multiple client accounts Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, from account structure to scaling In-depth knowledge of Lead Ads, lead forms, and tracking setup, including Pixel and Conversions API Strong numerical skills and structured analytical thinking Understanding of creatives, target audiences, and funnels Strong communication skills and confidence in client interactions Pragmatic working style and ability to make decisions Curiosity and eagerness to learn and test new things German at C1 level or higher
