Their SAP practice combines process design, people solutions, and technology to deliver comprehensive transformation programs. To strengthen their SAP Finance team in Switzerland, they are looking for a Director, SAP Finance.

Your Responsibilities

• In this role, you will lead SAP-driven business transformations with a strong focus on Finance in S / 4HANA. You will evaluate, design, and implement tailored SAP solutions, ensuring seamless integration with client IT landscapes. You will manage projects and work streams within large-scale transformation programs, oversee end-to-end sales processes, and take ownership of RFP dynamics for clients of medium to high complexity. As a trusted advisor, you will confidently interact with CxO-level stakeholders and contribute actively to the global SAP practice.

Your Profile

• You have extensive experience in SAP-driven business transformations, either across industries or within a specific sector. Your expertise includes SAP Finance configuration, with recent hands-on experience in S / 4HANA. You combine strategic vision with the ability to execute effectively. Strong communication skills in German and English allow you to interact confidently with senior stakeholders. You are based in Zurich or Basel and flexible to work on projects across Switzerland and abroad.
