YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES In this pivotal role, you will shape and drive the testing strategy for a complex SAP program. You will define and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans that align testing activities with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with project managers, SAP consultants, and stakeholders to design test plans that cover integration, regression, and user acceptance testing. You will manage test environments and data requirements to ensure seamless execution. You will oversee all phases of SAP program testing, ensuring comprehensive coverage of functional and non-functional requirements. You will take the lead in managing defects, prioritizing issues, analyzing root causes, and driving efficient resolution with cross-functional teams. In addition, you will mentor and guide your testing team, coordinating efforts across internal teams and third-party vendors to maintain a cohesive and effective approach. You will identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with SAP best practices and organizational quality standards. You will also generate detailed test progress reports and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on your analysis of test outcomes.

YOUR PROFILE You have a strong background in SAP testing and a passion for driving successful program outcomes. You hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field, and certifications like ISTQB or SAP would be an advantage. With at least five years of experience in software testing, you bring proven expertise in managing SAP programs, including full implementation cycles for systems such as S/4HANA or ECC. You have an in-depth understanding of SAP testing tools and frameworks, and you are familiar with various SAP modules like FICO, SD, MM, or HR. Tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, or SAP Solution Manager are within your technical repertoire. You are an effective leader with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders. Your analytical and detail-oriented mindset complements your problem-solving skills, and you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. To succeed in this role, you are flexible and willing to travel to France to collaborate with key project stakeholders. Proficiency in German and English is essential for this position.
