About the job
As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in resolving customer concerns by collaborating with colleagues across various departments, including Account Managers, Engineering, and IT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming support requests, incidents, and problems via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by clients.
- Create and manage cases, documenting all activities in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate issues that may impact processes.
- Follow up actively with clients on ticket statuses.
- Escalate undefined issues to 2nd tier or higher level.
About you
You have 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience, including handling phone communications. Your strong communication skills and commitment to excellent customer service make you stand out. You are an independent worker who thrives as part of a team and can adapt to various situations.
English is our base language, but we serve a diverse client base, so our team members are proficient in multiple languages. You should be confident to provide customer support in two languages other than English.
We are seeking candidates who are fluent in Dutch, German, and English. It is an advantage if you also speak Polish!

- Proficiency in identifying, analyzing, and resolving problems.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- A demonstrable interest in technology (IT/Telematics/Software/Mechanics).
- A proactive and results-driven attitude.
Meriting qualifications:
- Experience in the transport, logistics, or customer service industry.
- A completed bachelor’s degree or similar.
