Sustainability Reporting & Circularity Specialist, EMEA (m/f/d)
Based in Berlin.
In this role, you will support sustainability reporting and circularity activities across the EMEA region, with a strong focus on regulatory reporting, data management, data quality and operational processes.

Responsibilities
- Collect, validate and consolidate sustainability and environmental data for mandatory and regulatory reporting across the EMEA region
- Support the preparation and coordination of sustainability and environmental reporting
- Ensure data quality, completeness, consistency and accurate documentation
- Analyse, structure and manage large datasets using Microsoft Excel
- Support reporting deadlines and maintain audit-ready documentation
- Support administrative processes, including invoice processing, contract checks, payments and Purchase Orders (POs)
- Coordinate data and reporting activities with internal stakeholders across different functions and markets
- Support activities related to circularity and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR)
- Support compliance activities related to environmental and battery recycling regulations
Your Profile
- Hands-on professional experience in sustainability reporting, environmental reporting, ESG data management, regulatory reporting or a comparable field
- Practical experience collecting, validating and consolidating data for mandatory or regulatory reporting
- Experience with data quality checks, reporting deadlines and structured documentation
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables and working with large datasets
- Practical experience with administrative processes such as invoice processing, contract checks, payments and/or Purchase Orders
- Strong analytical and organisational skills with a structured and hands-on approach
- Very good English communication skills for collaboration with international stakeholders across the EMEA region
- Experience with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), circular economy and/or battery recycling regulations is an advantage
- Power BI experience is an advantage
