Responsibilities
- Support implementation of the process improvement Plan for the Production/MRO areas
- Support and coordination of OES internal and transversal assessments Preparation of Excellence Committees, taking part for the distribution of actions and followup
- Deployment of Performance Management routines
- Supporting and managing Continuous Improvement
- Contributing to Improvement-projects, digital initiatives and people safety related topics
- Promoting and managing bottom-up ideas generation in the plants and sites
- Acting as improvement ambassador for internal and external communication
Your Profile
- You have completed a master’s/diploma programme in project management or engineering
- Expertise and knowledge in continuous improvement is required
- Knowledge on performance management routines is mandatory
- Experience in aerospace production or MRO will be appreciated
- SAP knowledge is a plus
- Your German and English language skills are business fluent
