Development Engineer

Responsibilities As a Development Engineer you lead the development of Exhaust Aftertreatment Systems (requirements, system design through testing, validation and PPAP). You define technical specifications and requirements for EATS components en ensure their alignment with project targets. Besides, you plan and coordinate development and validation activities (tests plans, prototype, calibration maturity, measurements and resources). Moreover, you coordinate EATS testing on engine test benches, analyses results, drive troubleshooting and problem solving activities. In addition, you manager Design Verification Plan and Reporting activities and support Quality Gates. You act as the technical reference for EATS suppliers and you contribute to the definition and maintenance of EATS-related software. Profile : Diploma in Engineering or equivalent Minimum 3-5 years experience in EATS, exhaust system or hardware development Experience with DEF dosing systems. a plus Excellent knowledge of exhaust aftertreatment systems and catalyst technologies Good knowledge in EATS simulation (1D/3D with basic CFD knowledge), FMEA and DVPnR methodology Knowledge in measurement and data acquisition (CSM, Vector) #LI-Hybrid undefined
