Inside Sales Administrator H/F

Our client is a well-established international industrial company recognized for its technical expertise and high-quality solutions. To strengthen its sales team, we are looking for an Inside Sales Administrator to support its continued growth. Your responsabilities Prepare and manage commercial quotations, sales proposals, and customer offers. Process customer orders and ensure accurate follow-up throughout the sales cycle. Maintain and update customer information in ERP and CRM systems. Act as a key point of contact between customers, external sales teams, production, and technical departments. Coordinate order processing, delivery schedules, and related documentation. Provide administrative and operational support to the sales organization. Ensure smooth communication between internal stakeholders and customers to guarantee high service standards. Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales administration processes. Your Profile Completed vocational training, ideally with a technical or industrial background. Strong interest in technical products and industrial environments. Previous experience in sales administration, inside sales, or customer service is an advantage, but not mandatory. Good command of MS Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems is an asset. Native German speaker with good English skills; French is a strong advantage. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
