Our client is a leading international high-tech company operating in the semiconductor industry, with a strong focus on innovation, advanced manufacturing and quality excellence. Responsabilities: Drive and promote a strong quality culture across the IC Front-End manufacturing organization, in close collaboration with the Quality function, with a strong focus on zero-defect objectives and compliance with applicable automotive and customer requirements. Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, particularly IATF 16949, and lead quality task forces, alerts and critical manufacturing quality topics. Lead the process change management framework, ensuring that manufacturing changes are properly assessed, documented and implemented while minimizing risks to production performance, supply chain continuity and customer satisfaction. Drive the deployment and effective use of process control methodologies and quality tools, including MSA, SPC, automated monitoring, data analysis and manufacturing execution systems, with the objective of reducing non-conformities, scrap and process variation. Lead non-conformance management and ensure timely risk assessment, containment and disposition of quality events, while driving root-cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions. Drive scrap analysis and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with manufacturing and process owners, ensuring effective problem solving and prevention of recurring issues. Lead manufacturing audit activities, coordinate the resolution of findings and ensure that major non-conformities are addressed at both process and system level. Coordinate the resolution of customer complaints related to Front-End manufacturing, ensuring appropriate risk assessment, root-cause analysis, corrective actions and prevention of recurrence. Analyse quality performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, leading cross-functional projects and teams to improve manufacturing quality, yield and operational performance. Report quality performance, risks, audit findings and improvement actions to management and key internal stakeholders. Profile: Engineering degree in Electronics, Microelectronics, Physics or a related technical field. Minimum 10 years of experience in a high-tech industrial environment, including at least 5 years in a Quality Management role. Strong experience in semiconductor or IC manufacturing, with a good understanding of Front-End production processes, quality tools, process development, failure analysis and manufacturing audits. Solid knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards, particularly ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and automotive core tools. Proven experience in Project Management, Continuous Improvement and cross-functional team leadership. Six Sigma Black Belt and/or Lean experience is highly valued. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured, proactive and results-oriented approach. Ability to lead complex quality and continuous improvement initiatives in a multicultural and international environment. Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with strong customer orientation. Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken. #LI-Hybrid undefined
