Responsabilità
- Lead and manage productdevelopment projects from concept through to production release
- Design and develop mechanicalcomponents, including concept design, detailed drawings, prototyping, andmanufacturing processes
- Perform technical calculations,analyze test results, and validate product performance for both standardand customized solutions
- Evaluate and optimizeenvironmental and sustainability aspects across the entire productlifecycle
- Continuously improve productsfrom both a technical and logistical perspective, consideringmanufacturing and quality processes
- Monitor project progress,including industrialization activities
- Prepareand maintain all relevant technical project documentation
- Manage engineering changes(change requests)
- Interface with internationalsuppliers for the definition and sourcing of technical components
- Provide technical support tothe sales team
- Contribute to the evaluation ofproduction investment feasibility
- Collaborate withcross-functional teams to analyze non-conformities and support productcertification processes
- Present project results, keydecisions, and updates to Management and Steering Committees
Profilo
- Master's degree in MechanicalEngineering or a related field (e.g., Mechatronics, Robotics)
- Proven experience in mechanicaldesign and product development (experience with small gearheads is astrong advantage)
- Solid understanding of projectmanagement principles
- Proficiency in Siemens NX(3D CAD) and Teamcenter (PLM)
- Structured and methodicalapproach with a strong results orientation
- Ability to manage multipleprojects simultaneously
- Strong team player withexcellent collaboration skills
- Well-developed organizational,analytical, and problem-solving skills, combined with creativity
- Stronginterpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in Italian and English(mandatory)
- German and/or French areconsidered a plus
