You are the first point of contact for members, providing competent, service-oriented and professional support across all their financial needs. You open and manage accounts, process applications and ensure the accurate and efficient handling of all administrative processes. You advise members on banking products and services, particularly account and lending products, and support them in selecting suitable solutions. You calculate loan and interest rates, prepare the relevant documentation and support the processing of loan applications. You ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements and handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Anforderungen

At least two years of professional experience in private client or retail banking. A solid understanding of regulatory requirements in the banking environment (e.g. account management, financial services, confidentiality and lending), or the willingness and ability to quickly acquire the necessary expertise. Very good command of English, which will be assessed as part of the application process. A passion for delivering excellent customer service and a strong service-oriented mindset. You are able to understand customer needs, build trusting relationships and remain professional and solution-oriented, even in challenging situations. The position is initially offered on a one-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of an extension thereafter. The gross annual salary ranges from EUR 57,000 to EUR 60,000 based on full-time employment. The actual remuneration will depend on your qualifications, professional experience and technical expertise.
