Building/Civil Engineering Technician 100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)
Responsibilities
- Manage the financial aspect of construction sites, including measurements and preparation of supplementary offers - Participate in the development and realisation of transformation and renovation projects - Plan and coordinate the progress of construction sites, while managing the involved teams - Coordinate subcontractors and ensure the technical quality of the work carried out - Identify and propose execution variants to optimise projects - Ensure strict compliance with safety rules on all sites - Monitor contractual elements (deadlines, costs, quality)
Profile
- Federal VET Diploma as draughtsman with further technician training - Proven experience of at least 4 years in a similar role - Ease in operational management and site monitoring - Ability to fully assume the responsibilities entrusted to you - Strong organisational skills, autonomy and rigour in task execution - Good command of IT tools and common industry software - Team spirit, proactivity and ability to communicate effectively
