For an international company in the global Agribusiness market in Basel we are looking for a Payroll Administrator (f/m/d) – temporary assignment, 100%, min 12 months Responsibilities • Verification and checks of all salary-relevant entries in the SAP payroll system, based on legal, tax and social security regulations as well as company policies. • Assistance in managing external service providers in the areas of payroll and time management. • Preparation of certificates and reports for family allowances, health and accident insurance, maternity and paternity benefits, unemployment insurance, disability registration, etc. • Point of contact for employees and managers regarding questions about payroll, tax, and social security law • Monitoring of changes in SAP • Accident recording in the UKA system and entering the daily accident allowances in SAP • Manage Time and Attendance (T&A) related issues and recurring time corrections in our T&A system ATOSS • Calculat holiday reduction due to long-term absences or unpaid leave • Monitoringand administration of garnishments.
