Adecco Permanent Consultant Modena is recruiting for an international industrial company founded and headquartered in Modena, Italy, specialized in the development and manufacturing of hydraulic, electronic and electrification solutions for mobile and industrial applications.

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving business growth across Germany and the Benelux region, managing OEM customers, distributors and strategic accounts while promoting an innovative portfolio that combines hydraulics, electronics and electrification technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy within the assigned territory;
• Manage and expand the existing customer portfolio;
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities;
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from negotiation to order acquisition;
• Work closely with Engineering, Product Management and R&D teams to deliver tailored customer solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical B2B sales;
• Background in hydraulics, fluid power, mobile hydraulics or industrial machinery;
• Fluent German and good English language skills;
• Availability for frequent business travel across the assigned territory.

We will also consider candidates based in Italy who are willing to travel frequently throughout Germany and the assigned sales region.

Offer:

Permanent contract, salary range RAL €45,000- €50,000 plus performance-related bonus.
