Sanitation Sector Dispatcher 100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate sanitation team interventions for a clientele of buildings and property management companies - Organise daily schedules by optimising human resources and vehicles - Ensure impeccable administrative follow-up of interventions - Respond to client requests, advise them and guarantee excellent service follow-up - Work closely with the sector manager to ensure smooth and efficient organisation - Ensure the proper conduct of interventions and contribute to continuous process improvement
Profile
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a logistician, planner or equivalent training - Experience in a dispatcher, planner role or in the sanitation sector is a real asset - Excellent organisational skills, autonomy and stress resistance - Ease in managing priorities and strong client orientation - Good command of common IT tools (Microsoft 365 and ERP) - Team spirit, communication skills and ability to effectively coordinate various stakeholders
