Your Tasks:

• Handling customer inquires
• Responding to customer requests and resolving issues
• Coordinating with internal departments to provide solutions and follow up on customer requests
• Managing customer accounts, contracts, and related documentation
• Managing complaints and issues when necessary

Your Profile:

• Proficiency in English and Japanese or German. any other European language is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in (B2B) sales support, customer service, or other related fields is a plus
• Automotive industry knowledge or interest in this industry is a plus
