Description
- Completed vocational training (preferably in the chemical-technical field) is an advantage
- Forklift license is required – what type and can it be internal or external?
- Sampling and water analyses at the client’s site
- Monitoring of consumption and inventory levels at the client’s site
- Maintenance and refilling of dosing systems with the appropriate chemicals
- Preparation of service reports and documentation (MS Office)
Detailed profile:
Your responsibilities include:
- Customer support, ensuring treatment concepts and preparing proposals and offers
- Sampling and water analyses at client sites
- Monitoring corrosion rates and performing microbiological counts
- Carrying out tests at client sites in coordination with the sales field team
- Monitoring consumption and inventory levels at the client’s site
- Refilling dosing systems with appropriate chemicals
- Inspecting and, if necessary, repairing/replacing equipment
- Installation and inspection of specialized equipment
- Preparation of service reports and documentation
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training (preferably chemical-technical) and/or a degree in chemical engineering/chemistry
- Several years of experience in technical field service and basic knowledge of water chemistry
- Strong consulting skills and a confident, persuasive manner
- Good teamwork skills, constructive communication, and flexibility
- Proficient in MS Office and good English skills
- Willingness to travel (Category B driver's license required)
