The Role As a Customer Success Manager, you own the customer relationship from onboarding through long-term growth. You'll lead implementations jointly with our technical consultants, guide finance teams through the transition to Aderis, and become the trusted go-to person for your accounts. You combine real finance/ERP process knowledge with the people skills to drive adoption and retention.
What you'll do
Lead customer implementations end to end, partnering with a Technical Consultant on the technical execution while you own scope, timeline, process design, and the customer relationship.
Map customers' existing finance processes onto Aderis and advise on best-practice configuration.
Onboard finance teams and drive adoption, acting as a process consultant as much as a product expert.
Own retention and expansion for your portfolio, proactively monitoring health, resolving issues, and identifying growth opportunities.
Be the voice of the customer back to Product and Engineering.
What we're looking for
Professional proficiency in German and English
(both required).
Minimum 2 years' experience
in finance, or in finance processes within an ERP environment.
Experience
leading or co-leading customer implementations
(jointly with a technical counterpart).
Technical affinity
and a solid understanding of data structures.
A consultative mindset: you listen, diagnose, and guide.
Nice to have
Consultancy background with process optimisation or finance focus.
Finance or payroll experience
Exposure to ERP or finance software.
Familiarity with DACH finance/tax frameworks (VAT, etc.).
