We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (m/f/d) for a client project with the following background and expertise:
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis
- Experience working with Data & AI products, ideally involving genomic, sequencing or other sensitive data. Experience in biomedical informatics or agentic AI systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of GxP systems and GDPR; pharma or life sciences experience is an advantage.
- Skilled in writing and managing user stories, with clear acceptance criteria; familiar with Jira, Codebeamer or similar tools.
- Confident collaborating across product teams and facilitating meetings, refinement sessions and demos.
- Experienced in managing senior stakeholders, communicating recommendations and assessing trade-offs.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
