Задачи:

• Implement Salesforce Data Cloud technically in client projects, from connecting data sources and modeling data to activating it in target systems
• Design ETL/ELT processes, model data streams, harmonize identities, and ensure a high-performance data foundation
• Implement identity resolution and matching rules, and ensure privacy-compliant processing and governance
• Build segments, KPIs, and calculated fields, and activate data for journeys, marketing automation, loyalty, or external systems
• Establish monitoring processes, check data quality, and ensure stable operation of clients’ Data Cloud solutions
• Keep up with Salesforce Data Cloud features and bring best practices to the team and projects

Требования:

• Several years of project experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or comparable technologies such as CDP, data integration, or data warehousing
• A degree in (business) informatics, data science, or a comparable qualification
• Knowledge of data models, SQL, JSON, APIs, and ETL processes
• Enthusiasm for Customer 360, real-time data, segmentation, and activation
• Salesforce certifications, such as Data Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud, or Platform App Builder, or motivation to earn them soon
• Confident use of AI tools in the field, critical evaluation of their results, and ability to help clients and adesso use AI opportunities
• Very good German and good English skills for technical and business communication
