We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter (12 months fixed term contract) to join our team in Berlin.
The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to identify and hire top talent that drive us to success. This role partners with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop effective talent strategies, and build strong candidate pipelines. Leveraging a variety of sourcing channels to engage both active and passive candidates, ensuring a seamless and excellent hiring experience.
This role will report to the Head of Talent and Org.
What you’ll do
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, build robust candidate pipelines, and make strategic hiring decisions – becoming a trusted sidekick to business leaders.
- Expertly identify and engage with candidates (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals) while nurturing a compelling candidate experience.
Who you are
- 3+ years experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Experienced recruiting for several functions e.g. Tech, Product, Sales.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships in English and ideally German.
- Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus.
