We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven temporary Recruiter (fixed term 12 months) to join our team.

The Recruiter (hybrid) is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to identify and hire top talent that aligns with the organization’s needs. This role partners with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop effective talent strategies, and build strong candidate pipelines. The Recruiter leverages a variety of sourcing channels to engage both active and passive candidates, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment experience.

This role will report to the Head of Talent and Org.

What you’ll do

  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates.
  2. Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, build robust candidate pipelines, and make strategic hiring decisions.
  3. Leverage multiple sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to attract high-quality candidates, focusing on both active and passive candidates.

Who you are

  1. 3+ years experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  2. Experienced recruiting for several functions e.g. Tech, Product, Sales.
  3. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems).
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships in German and English.
  5. Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus.
