You will join Team Orange, a cross-functional team based in our lovely new Berlin office, developing exciting products for Kleinanzeigen’s professional customers. These are not the usual Kleinanzeigen customers, but businesses who sell their stock through our platform and have different needs and interesting challenges.
You will report directly to the Engineering Manager of the team.
This is a hybrid role, and our office is based in Berlin Charlottenburg.
What you’ll do:

Be part of a friendly, multicultural team, working in an Agile environment

Develop high-quality frontend applications using React and TypeScript

Implement and maintain responsive user interfaces for our professional customer platform

Who you are:

You are fluent in HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript

You have 3+ years of experience working with React or Next.js projects – you would call yourself an expert

You have 3+ years of experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress, and you understand why testing matters

Experience with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility

You know how to read and work with existing codebases

You always aim for bringing the best UX possible to our customers

You have worked in Agile environments before
