Overview
In this role you will combine deep finance expertise with advanced analytics to drive automation and digital finance transformation. You will develop strategic insights and provide enterprise-wide decision support as part of a cross-functional finance team. You will design dashboards, build data pipelines, and translate complex data into actionable executive-level recommendations. You will lead transformation initiatives and leverage AI-enabled analytics to enable better strategic planning and performance management. This is an opportunity to shape finance capabilities at adidas through data-driven, scalable solutions.

- Lead complex financial and business analyses to identify value creation opportunities
- Support strategic projects with short turn-around requirements
- Design and implement Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting solutions
- Develop data pipelines and analytical solutions using SQL, Python and Databricks
- Drive automation and digitalization of Finance processes
- Translate complex datasets into actionable recommendations and executive-level insights
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives and analytics workstreams
- Support strategic planning, forecasting, scenario modelling and performance management activities
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and advanced analytics techniques
