Overview
In this role, you support the Audit, Risk & Controls function to provide credible insights that help adidas navigate risks and opportunities. You will work across Markets, Functions and end-to-end processes, contributing to governance and internal controls. The role emphasizes data analytics, AI-enabled tooling and collaboration with senior leadership. You’ll help shape practical improvements and drive measurable value for the company’s risk management objectives. This is a chance to grow with a global team focused on impact and integrity.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Support and execute audit projects from planning to reporting with limited supervision
- Document high-quality, fact-based project work and observations
- Participate in risk assessments, scope definition and planning inquiries
- Perform fieldwork with timely audit procedures and objective conclusions
- Contribute to closing reports and audit ratings, and present findings
- Execute data analytics (e.g., SAP) to provide actionable insights
- Monitor implementation of audit recommendations
- Continuously develop professional expertise and support process/tool improvements
- Apply AI and automation responsibly to enhance quality and efficiency
- Maintain information protection and accountability for conclusions
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 2-3 years of assurance, advisory or consulting experience
- University degree in a business-related discipline
- Strong interest or experience in consumer products industry
- Willingness to travel globally (~40%)
- Fluent English; additional languages advantageous
- Professional designations (e.g. CIA, CPA, CISA, CRMA, CFE) preferred
- Solution-oriented and adaptable
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management
- High integrity and reliability
- Data analytics experience; SAP experience mentioned
- Data extraction and visualization
- AI-enabled tooling and automation familiarity
