Purpose & overall relevance to the organization • Executes store operations (warehouse/space) in a conscientious manner • Builds emotional connection with customers and lives brand values • Serves customers, sells and executes store operations conscientiously Responsibilities • Meets customer expectations and drives sales and brand awareness by applying appropriate elements of the customer mission statement • Builds an emotional connection with each customer by acting as a passionate and enthusiastic ambassador for the brand • Prepares and stocks/replenishes merchandise • Adhering to VM standards • Ensuring a clean and orderly sales floor • Undertake cashiering activities (without closing out cash). • Closes sales quickly and accurately and adheres to established guidelines to safeguard cash on hand (if applicable) Primary Contacts • Customers • Colleagues and supervisors Knowledge, skills and abilities • Competencies of a Retail Professional Required education and experience / minimum requirement • 0-3 years retail experience • Training as a salesperson desirable • Preferably 1-2 months of work experience in sports and/or fashion retail • Good to very good German language skills • Basic knowledge of English • Ability to work under pressure, flexibility, ability to work in a team • Basic spelling and math skills, communication skills
