Задачи:

• Build and lead adjoe's consumer apps business across EMEA, from first conversations to long-term partnerships
• Identify, onboard, and launch campaigns across verticals such as utilities, dating, and subscription apps
• Represent adjoe at industry conferences and turn conversations into partnerships
• Build storylines, pitch materials, and case studies for non-gaming advertisers with Marketing and Product Work cross-functionally to help internal and external stakeholders achieve company goals
• Own impactful projects and help push adtech boundaries
• Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and maintain momentum
• Solve problems openly and collaborate across teams
• Contribute to a diverse, global team and learn from colleagues
• Celebrate wins and bring energy to the team

Требования:

• 5+ Years of experience selling to consumer apps
• Track record in sales or business development, selling mobile advertising, performance marketing, retention, or loyalty solutions to consumer apps
• Experience opening new markets, selling new ideas to skeptical buyers, and closing complex deals
• Confident discussing CPI, CPA, ROAS, retention, LTV, and incrementality with senior marketers
• Active network of growth, UA, CRM, and performance marketing decision-makers at consumer apps and brands
• Deep understanding of the mobile consumer app landscape
• Methodical and consultative approach, excellent written and verbal English, and a "make it happen" attitude
• Experience with Salesforce and Google Workspace
