Our feed additives business plays an important role in this, combining science, technology and customer understanding to solve real challenges in animal production. /p pWe are looking for a bGlobal Product Manager – Mineral Management /b to lead the global growth agenda for our Organic Trace Minerals FAI business. /p h3The Role /h3 pThis role is about connecting technical expertise, market opportunities and business growth. /p pYou will bring a deep understanding of animal nutrition and mineral management to identify where we can create value for customers, where our portfolio can grow and what capabilities we need to develop. /p pWorking globally across regions and functions, you will translate technical and market opportunities into clear priorities, business cases and commercial action. /p pYou will report to the VP, Global FAI and work closely with other FAI Science to Solutions Director, Global Product Managers, Regional Sales, and leaders across Species Marketing, RD, Product Management and Sales. /p pThe role operates in a matrix organization, with influence and collaboration being essential to getting things done across regions and functions. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 h3Connect science, technology and growth /h3 ulliLead the global Growth agenda for ADM's Organic Trace Minerals business. /liliUse your technical and industry knowledge to identify emerging customer needs, market opportunities and areas where ADM can differentiate. /liliAssess opportunities across species, geographies, applications and customer segments. /liliWork with RD and Creation, Design and Development to translate scientific and technical developments into relevant customer solutions and business opportunities. /liliIdentify gaps in our portfolio and capabilities and define priorities to address them. /li /ul h3Turn opportunities into action /h3 ulliDevelop growth strategies and business cases for priority opportunities. /liliDefine go-to-market and market entry approaches for existing and new products, technologies and applications. /liliWork with regional teams to test, develop and scale opportunities across markets. /liliBiz dev with key global and regional customers to position us as an innovation leader in micronutrition. /liliBuild and manage a global pipeline of growth initiatives with key customers. /li /ul h3Build the right ecosystem /h3 ulliDevelop strategic partnerships with technology providers, research organizations, customers and other industry players. /liliEvaluate opportunities for collaboration, licensing, acquisitions or other routes to strengthen ADM's capabilities. /liliConnect technical and commercial expertise across regions and share successful approaches globally. /li /ul h3Lead through influence /h3 ulliWork with Regional Technical Services and Sales teams to align global priorities with local market needs. /liliCollaborate with Sales, Commercial Excellence, RD and Product Management to move opportunities from concept to market. /liliBuild alignment across functions and regions without relying on direct reporting lines. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 pYou are a senior Animal Nutrition professional with strong technical credibility and a track record of turning technical expertise into business impact. /p h3Ideally, You Bring /h3 ulliSignificant experience in animal nutrition, feed additives, premix, animal health or a closely related field. /liliStrong technical knowledge of feed additives, nutrition technologies and their applications in animal production. /liliA proven ability to understand customer and market challenges and translate them into solutions and growth opportunities. /liliExperience in RD, technical services, product management, innovation, business development or a combination of these areas. /liliExperience working across countries, cultures and functions in a global or matrix organization. /liliStrong strategic thinking and the ability to connect technical decisions with commercial outcomes. /liliExperience developing business cases, partnerships or new market opportunities is an advantage. /liliStrong communication and influencing skills, with the credibility to engage technical experts and customers and senior business leaders. /liliBachelor's or Master's degree in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, Agriculture, Veterinary Science or a related field.
