ph3Regulatory Specialist – Animal Pet Nutrition (EMEA) /h3 pLocation: Rolle, Switzerland /p h3Position Summary /h3 pThe Regulatory Specialist – Animal Pet Nutrition EMEA ensures full compliance with all applicable regulations governing the development, marketing, and distribution of animal feed and pet nutrition products across the EMEA region. This role is critical in supporting product registration, labeling, claims substantiation, and other regulatory activities to secure and maintain market access. The ideal candidate combines scientific expertise with strong regulatory knowledge, project management skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liRegulatory Project Management: Lead and coordinate EFSA dossiers, including internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate submission for feed additives. /li liRegulatory Intelligence: Monitor, interpret, and communicate emerging regulatory changes, trends, and issues in animal nutrition; evaluate potential business impacts and provide actionable recommendations. /li liIngredient Assessment: Assess compliance of ingredients with EU, UK, and CH feed legislation to support RD and procurement activities. /li liProduct Assessment Labeling: Evaluate product compliance and define mandatory labeling information in alignment with regional regulations. /li liIndustry Representation: Serve as the company representative in trade associations, contributing to the development of industry positions and regulatory dialogue. /li liDocumentation Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive regulatory documentation, databases, and records of approvals and communications with authorities; monitor and report relevant KPIs. /li liTraining Communication: Provide regulatory guidance and training to internal stakeholders to ensure understanding and compliance with applicable requirements. /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Veterinary Science, or a related discipline. /li liMinimum 2 years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably within animal nutrition. /li liFluent in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage. /li liExcellent communication, organizational, analytical, and project management skills. /li liDemonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams. /li liOwnership mindset with proactive problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. /li /ul pReq/Job ID: BR /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
