Creation and development of concepts for a modern portal product for web and shop customers Collaboration on product strategy and roadmap to achieve the company's strategic goals Responsibility for the entire product development process from concept to launch Creation and refinement of user stories, monitoring of development, collection and evaluation of feedback, review of ongoing deadlines & status updates Champion a data-driven culture by establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), objectives and key results (OKRs), and other success metrics to measure portal performance and inform strategic decisions Conduct regular analysis of user behavior, funnel performance, and adoption trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth Collaboration and coordination with internal and external stakeholders and coordination of cross-functional product development teams Contact person for operational areas (Marketing, Service Center, etc.) as well as providing information and support for new features and products OUR FEATURES
