Do you have a strong background in operational management, including experience in service delivery and stakeholder communication? You will act as the key liaison between our internal teams and clients, actively assisting with daily operations, ensuring smooth operations and service quality, monitoring internal logistics, optimizing workflows, and increasing operational efficiency. Actively working in service operations and helping with the further development of our projects
University degree at Bachelor or Master level in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Several years of experience in a similar function, with a proven track record in operational management
Strong leadership and team management abilities to support and guide the service team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
Proficiency in service management software and tools
