IAM Engineer Public Sector (a)

ph3What you're going to do /h3 ul liImplement modern digital identity solutions within our clients' existing environments. /li liContribute to impactful projects in the public sector, with opportunities to grow into project delivery, leadership, and advisory roles. /li liCollaborate in interdisciplinary teams on diverse and challenging client projects. /li liPlan, design, and implement modern Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. /li liDesign and optimize processes and system architectures. /li liConfigure and integrate IAM components into client environments, including provisioning solutions. /li liAutomate testing, builds, and deployment processes. /li liAdvise and support clients at different levels, from technical implementation to architecture and security strategy. /li /ul h3What we're looking for /h3 ul liA bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science (ETH/University of Applied Sciences/University). /li liGood knowledge of Linux and experience with complex integration projects. /li liProduct knowledge in the digital identity area (e.g., OneIdentity) and target system knowledge (Active Directory, MS Exchange, SAP, databases, LDAP, etc.). /li liExperience with IAM concepts and standards (RBAC, ABAC, SSO, OIDC, OAuth, SAML, Federation, etc.) and accompanying topics such as Zero Trust. /li liCommunication skills, responsibility, service‑oriented thinking, initiative and independence to ensure the success of our client projects. /li liVery good command of German and English. /li liFor certain projects in the public sector, a Personal Security Screening (PSS) conducted by Swiss Federal or Cantonal Authorities may be required; willingness to undergo this clearance is essential. /li /ul pWe firmly believe that diversity drives innovation and creates a vibrant workplace.
