Become part of this journey and help build the platform that helps our engineers deliver better software to our clients while keeping quality, security and governance at enterprise level. /p pAs our AI Platform Engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping this platform from the ground up. You'll combine platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, and software delivery expertise to build, operate and continuously improve the internal platform that powers AI-native software delivery. /p pYou will ensure that AI-native as development remains secure, observable, cost-efficient, and governed by engineering best practices so that humans stay accountable and in control. /p pThis is a hands-on role with broad ownership in a strategic initiative shaping internal engineering practices and future client offerings. You'll work closely with engineering teams, evaluate new AI capabilities, support internal adoption and help turn technical innovation into value for our customers. /p pYou will be responsible for the following tasks: /p ulliDesigning, implementing, operating and evolving the AI-Native Software Factory platform /liliEstablishing and maintaining quality gates, testing, and verification mechanisms /liliCurating engineering standards, templates, architecture guidelines, and agent context /liliOperating observability, security controls, and policy guardrails /liliManaging platform configuration, LLM access, and cost transparency /liliSupporting project onboarding and ensuring secure project isolation /liliDriving continuous improvement through telemetry, reliability, and delivery metrics /li /ul h3bWhat we're looking for /b /h3 ulliStrong experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE /liliExperience with AI-assisted or agentic software development /liliExpertise in CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and infrastructure-as-code (eg.
