You will be responsible for the following tasks: /p ulliCollaborating with clients to develop and describe business use cases /liliAnalyzing business processes and organizational structures to derive meaningful requirements /liliAssessing and validating solution designs based on project specifications /liliSpecifying complex technical requirements and aligning them with stakeholders /liliDesigning solution concepts in close cooperation with developers, architects, and UX experts /liliTaking ownership to identify opportunities, build strong customer relationships and uncover potential to expand our business /liliCoordinating and documenting requirements using tools such as Jira and Confluence /liliSupporting the implementation of solution designs throughout the development life cycle /liliActing as a key liaison between clients and development teams /liliCommunicating change requests and supporting topics across stakeholder groups /li /ul h3bWhat we're looking for /b /h3 ulliUniversity degree (ETH/University/FH) in computer science, business informatics, or a related field /lili4+years of experience in requirements engineering or related roles /liliIndependent working style and a proactive, analytical mindset /liliProven consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships and drive complex initiatives /liliStrong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude /liliExperience in the financial services industry /liliFluency in German and English, French is a plus /liliFamiliarity with Agile methods such as SAFe and Scrum (practical experience is a plus) /liliCertifications such as IREB CPRE, IIBA CBAP, IIBA CCBA, or a CAS in business requirements engineering are a plus /liliKnowledge of SQL is a plus /li /ul h3bSharp minds, good vibes /b /h3 pWe are the sharp-minded IT experts who tackle the trickiest software and security challenges.
