People Manager
The Opportunity
Adobe\’s Enterprise Retention team focuses on maintaining and growing our Digital Media business (Creative Cloud and Document Cloud) with our enterprise customers. This position will lead a team of Retention Specialists to manage our Enterprise business for Central Europe. Success metrics for the position are team-wide quota attainment, total revenue growth, and strategic customer wins in your territory.
What you’ll do
- Own, drive and be accountable for the execution and success of your Enterprise Renewals team, with responsibility for their growth, mentoring and training
- Improve our long-term strategy and operationalize our overall approach to retain customers and enhance customer satisfaction
- Identify expansion opportunities to generate additional revenue (upsell & cross-sell), driving those opportunities to closure and/or ensuring that the appropriate extended team resources are engaged
- Focus on operational excellence and disciplined execution
- Meet monthly and quarterly goals for revenue-based quota carrying Retention Team
- Handle a sales pipeline of renewals and new business which consistently delivers above expectations
- Enlist, motivate and mentor to boost abilities and skills of employees
- Run a strong operational process around pipeline, opportunity management and forecasting
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Management to improve your team’s impact on the Enterprise business
What you need to succeed
- 5+ years relevant work experience in Enterprise Software Sales
- 2+ years proven Leadership Experience
- BA/BSc degree required, MA/MSc degree preferred
- Proven track record of constantly exceeding targets
- Strong value selling and negotiation expertise
- Strong executive-level communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven expertise and experience in dealing with large, complex accounts at C-level
- Demonstrate executional excellence
- Willingness to travel up to 40% (actual travel may be less)
- Full proficiency in German and English
