Product Engineer for AI Growth in Basel

Overview

In this role you will own end-to-end development for Brand Visibility, working closely with customers to prototype and ship features that drive measurable outcomes. You’ll build AI-native solutions across backend, data pipelines, and frontend when needed, and create growth loops that connect to Adobe platforms and CRM tools. You’ll read customer funnels to remove bottlenecks, implement data-integrated APIs, and help shape AI engineering standards while mentoring teammates. This is a fast-paced, impact-driven role at the AI frontier.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Partner with customers to validate ideas via rapid prototyping
• Own end-to-end features across backend, data pipelines, and frontend as needed
• Design and instrument PLG growth loops connecting Brand Visibility to Adobe platforms and CRM tools
• Read funnels to identify growth bottlenecks and build solutions to remove them
• Design and implement API and MCP-level data integrations
• Work AI-native across the full workflow with spec-driven development and guardrails
• Contribute to AI engineering standards and mentor other engineers

Zentrale Anforderungen

• 4+ years building and shipping production software as a generalist (backend strong, frontend comfortable)
• Hands-on AI-native experience with tools like Codex or Claude Code
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer problems into working prototypes
• Fluency with analytics, data modeling, funnel metrics, and reporting
• Knowledge of PLG concepts and how product usage drives enterprise growth
• Experience with cloud platforms and solid DevOps fundamentals
