Overview

As a Principal Engineering Program Manager at Adobe, you shape how AI-native engineering programs are designed, sequenced, and delivered at scale. You will create the operating models that empower engineering leaders to move fast while maintaining control. You work across teams and leadership to align strategy with execution, building repeatable frameworks and strong accountability. • Define scoping, sequencing and delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives
• Create project plans, schedules, budgets, and evolving status models
• Identify resources, define roles and decision rights, remove barriers

• Partner with senior leadership to challenge plans and ensure alignment
• Translate program health for engineers and executives
