Overview
In this role you will help shape the next generation of an agentic Content Management System by turning market signals into actionable guidance for content teams. You will work with customers to uncover real needs, define product directions, and prototype at scale with AI-enabled capabilities. You’ll bridge content strategy and engineering to deliver scalable, human-centered solutions that improve content velocity and efficiency. The position offers a chance to influence Adobe Experience Cloud integrations and AI-driven workflows at scale.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Collaborate with customers to understand current content creation workflows and identify improvement opportunities
- Translate practitioner insights into product requirements and hypotheses to prototype with customers
- Co-innovate with marketing, content strategy, and content-creation automation teams
- Design and build systems where AI drives outcomes with human-in-the-loop where needed
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to validate ideas and guide product direction
- Support integration with Adobe Experience Cloud and partner tools like Semrush for SEO/GEO
- Share learnings with the team to build fluency in content practitioner thinking
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Hands-on expertise in marketing, content strategy, or content-creation automation with SEO/GEO knowledge
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience, or a relevant university degree with equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Core Web Vitals)
- Comfort prototyping with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code or Codex
- Self-directed and curious with ability to handle ambiguous goals
- Experience collaborating with customers and cross-functional stakeholders
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud is a plus (implied)
